WebSite/WebQuestionnaire Solution - Library or Custom Designs available

This everything4web solution includes both the combined WebSite and the WebQuestionnaire Solutions.  Please see below for more details.

The WebQuestionnaire Solution allows the creation and editing of Questionnaires to be answered by website visitors, with the subsequent retrieval of the answers for external analysis or use. Site Users include the Site Administrator, Questionnaire Manager and site Users or Visitors.

Tight control of user rights at the different levels enables the solution to be used for a variety of purposes, such as application forms, information forms, test or examination responses, research data collection, etc. For the most sophisticated usage the managers and their groups are assigned to locations and the questionnaires are assigned to locations and groups. This allows the system to present the right set of questionnaires to the right visitors.

Various features and functions allow creation and management of questionnaires and checking of their answer status, etc. Export of the questionnaire answer data as a CSV file allows the data to be imported into Excel, Access or statistical software, etc for analysis. At the lowest level of use the solution provides editable questionnaires that website visitors can answer once they have identified themselves to the system.

Multiple Questionnaires can be created, each can be assigned to User Groups and Locations and can have unlimited questions. Questions can be; select from a list, tick multiple answers, free form text, numeric answers, date answers and 24 hour time answers (all with prompting as to information required).

SITE ADMINISTRATORS

Page Maintenance and Menu Maintenance Modules
- Site Administrators can add/edit/delete information pages, maintain the content of information pages and determine the order of those pages to each other in the menu. Site admin can maintain Questionnaires, etc. as well as edit visitors and other site management staff, and maintain the site information.

The Site Administrator will have full access to all features or an Area limitation. They will have an Administration link to the back end of the site where low-level data maintenance can be done. There are allowances for Master Administrators and Area Administrators in the design. Administrators can create/edit questionnaires, view completed ones, reset a Questionnaire’s status, delete questionnaires and their answers, set questions to Not Answered run Questionnaire reports (at present only List of incomplete Questionnaires), export Questionnaires to CSV files. Administrators can maintain the Main Page and any Information Page data.

QUESTIONNAIRE MANAGER

The Questionnaire manager
-will be able to Add/Edit Site users. This allows the entry of Student/Subject/Visitor data, creates visitor Area, ID, Group. The visitors can be entered in Open or Confidential mode on each site. This will be a site-wide setting. The manager/s will be able to answer Questionnaires themselves, respond to a Questionnaire for a visitor. Depending on the Group the manager may be allowed to set questions as Not Answered if desired.

SITE VISITORS

Site visitors can be allowed to add themselves and answer appropriate questionnaires or be pre added and assigned to Groups/Areas. A visitor identity is assigned with each answered question and hence the visitor can resume their partly done questionnaires. Questionnaires have an option to display all questions or unanswered questions and answering questions can be compulsory or not. Questionnaires can be selected from a list of available questionnaires.

The visitor will be able to view list of Questionnaires available to them, according to their Area and Group. The list will display the Name of the Questionnaire and its Status (e.g. Not Started, Completed, Part Done). The visitor will be able to select any that are not completed and start/resume them. When responding, the visitor will be able to toggle between All Questions and Unanswered Questions. When done, the visitor will be able to select between Save Complete and Save to Resume.

Web Page Edit Module
-This module allows the Store Administrator to List Pages for changes and deletions, Add Pages (one image and a body of text)and have Navigation Pages available in a Category Tree.

Administration Module
-This Module allows the Administrator to Backup Database (Extra Module), Edit Site information, List Administration Users for changes and deletions, Add Questionnaire Managers.

Manage Questionnaire Module 
-This Module allows the Site Administrator to view Add and edit Questionnaires and their questions.

Manage Locations Module
-This Module allows the Site Administrator to add and edit locations for the questionnaires and user groups.

Manage Users Module
-This Module allows the Manager to List Users/Visitors for changes and deletions, Add Visitor, List Visitor Groups for changes and deletions, Add Visitor Groups.

Accounts Module -This Module allows the User/Visitor to Update their Password, Address information.
